About The Project

The Compass Group needed a website to present their company's information to potential client companies in an interesting and engaging manner. They also wanted the site to convey their company culture which is very family oriented and comfortable.

The resulting site incorporates Flash animation with audio on the homepage and various Quicktime videos of interviews with executives throughout the portfolio. Compass's ideas are conveyed through the "Our Philosophy" section which outlines who they are and how they work with their portfolio companies. The portfolio itself highlights each company they are currently working with and gives some insight as to how the relationship is structured.

Building For The Future

The site was designed and built using XHTML 1.0 Transitional and CSS. The use of CSS for maintaining text and positioning allows for a standards compliant site that is easy to update and modify.

Our Continued Client Relationship

Our continued relationship with The Compass Group consists of updates to the site as well as managing their newsletter mailing list and HTML email deployments. By using our email deployment tool we are able to help Compass send emails which are engaging and conform to SPAM regulations. We then provide detailed reporting on the emails performance including delivery statistics and click-through rates.
